  • Gates & wristbands

    The friendly face of the festival. Welcome people in, scan tickets, put on wristbands, and get everyone ready for a great day.

What toexpect

Everyone is welcome There’s a place for all kinds of people in the AycLive crew. We welcome volunteers with different abilities and support needs. If you’d like to chat about what would help you take part, get in touch, we’d love to hear from you!

You must be at least 16 years old to volunteer. Volunteers aged 16–17 will need parental or guardian consent.

No experience? No problem! Our AycLive Academy will help you get festival-ready, with online training and certificates to celebrate what you’ve learned. Bring your enthusiasm and we’ll help with the rest!

Absolutely! You’ll complete online training through the NEW AycLive Academy, with certificates along the way. We’ll also hold an in-person training session closer to the festival, plus an onsite briefing each day so you know what’s happening and feel ready for your role.
