Early Bird Weekend Passes are on sale now: £25 for adults (18+) and £5 for children (5–17), plus a £2.50 booking fee. Single Friday passes (£12 adult, £3 child) and Saturday passes (£22 adult, £5 child) are released in General Sale, plus a £2.50 booking fee. Under-fives go free on both days.

Free travel to AycLive 2027? Yes please! We’ve teamed up with the amazing team at Aycliffe & District Bus Preservation Society to run a FREE Heritage Town Shuttle throughout Friday evening and across Saturday to get you to and from the festival field.

It won’t cost you a penny to ride, but any small donations to the society are massively appreciated to help them preserve these fantastic vintage buses. Route and times are on our getting here page.

Our dedicated drop-off and pick-up zone is right by the festival entrance. It’s clearly signed on the approach, and our festival staff will be on hand to point your driver into the nearest available location. Please don’t stop on the main road, it keeps everyone safe and the traffic flowing smoothly!

Newton Aycliffe has its own local station just around the corner, connected directly to Darlington on the main line between London and Edinburgh. Hop off at Newton Aycliffe station and follow the designated walkway, you’re just a 5-minute walk from the festival entrance.

Just remember to check train times in advance, as last trains come around fast.

Yes! Just keep your official wristband on and you can pop out and back in as you please. No initial entry after 9:00 pm (re-entry anytime with wristband) both days, and standard bag security checks apply every time you return.

Yes. Security bag searches are in place at the main gates and on re-entry for everyone’s safety. Pack light to whizz through checks! Food can be brought into the festival, along with unopened soft drinks and water (lids will be unsealed by security at the gate), but no alcohol, glass, or open drinks are permitted through security.

You’ll exchange your e-ticket for an official AycLive wristband at the main entrance gates upon arrival. Keep it intact and on your wrist all day, it’s your pass back in! Please note there is no new entry after 9:00pm, but re-entry is permitted all evening for valid wristband holders.

We’re a rain-or-shine festival. Bring waterproofs and wellies, and the Big Tent is a good shout for a shower. Severe-weather plans TBC.

Tap and go or pay with cash! All festival bars accept contactless, mobile pay, card, and cash for quick service.

Lost an item or found something that isn’t yours? Our helpful team members will be on hand all day across the field, and there’ll be a clearly marked Lost Items Point on site. If you notice something missing after the weekend, just drop us a line at hello@ayclive.co.uk!

Big news for 2027: we’re welcoming festivalgoers of all ages across the whole weekend! Under-fives go free on both days, with anyone under 16 needing to be accompanied by an adult (18+).

Yes! The field is accessible flat grass, so chunky wheels are your friend! Please note all buggies will be searched on arrival.

It happens, little explorers can wander off in a flash! If you lose sight of your child, don’t worry. Head straight to the nearest steward or security officer. They will immediately radio our central event control and welfare team to get our lost child procedure moving straight away. Our dedicated Lost Kids & Welfare Point is staffed all day by our friendly team. More tips for keeping little ones safe.

Every child attending the festival receives a specific, colour-coded wristband upon entry, so our event staff and bar team can easily and quickly understand the age brackets of all our festival-goers at a glance.

Top tip: Don’t forget you can also write your phone number on the inside of their wristband (or even on their arm in biro!) to give you total peace of mind while they explore.

Little-ones HQ: packed with fairground rides, carnival games, live kids’ entertainment, and a dedicated food court for the whole family to recharge. We’re still lining everything up! As we add confirmed events, they will appear on the Family Fun Zone page, so be sure to check back soon.

Music gets loud near the main stages! We strongly recommend bringing ear defenders for little ears, as we don’t supply them on site.

Yes! If you require a carer or Personal Assistant to attend with you, we offer a free Essential Companion ticket. Just buy your own standard ticket first, then drop us a message using our contact form or email us at hello@ayclive.co.uk with your supporting details and we’ll get it sorted for you.

Assistance dogs are welcome (TBC). Other pets need to stay at home.

You’re welcome to bring sealed food boxes, snacks, and unopened soft drinks or water (lids will be unsealed by security at the gate). Please leave outside alcohol and glass at home, as our fully stocked bars and fantastic local street food traders have everything you need on site!

Stay hydrated! Bring a reusable bottle to use at our free drinking water hydration stands located around the site.

Yes, if you look under 25. We operate Challenge 25 across all bars. If you’re lucky enough to look under 25, please bring valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or PASS card)! Under-18s will not be served alcohol under any circumstances.
