Trade withus

Whether you sell food and drink, craft handmade goods, offer specialist services, or run a local charity, we want the best of our region on the field. Here’s everything you need to know.

Local first

Is this you?

Who we’re looking for

One category. One trader.

To keep things fresh for visitors and give every trader a proper run at the crowd, AycLive operates a strict one-trader-per-category rule.

We welcome multiple food and drink traders across the field, but we only accept one per menu type or style on a first-come, first-served basis (for example, one pizza setup, one burger stall, one Chinese street food trailer). That means zero direct competition for your specialty and maximum visibility for your stall.

  • Street food

Proper festival grub from burgers to pizzas and world flavours (one trader per cuisine).

  • Drinks & specialty vans

Cocktail trailers, coffee vans, and prosecco setups (main bar provider already sorted).

  • Sweet treats

Doughnuts, ice cream, churros, and sugary festival delights.

  • Crafts & gifts

Handcrafted goods, bespoke makers, and regional gift producers.

  • Clothing & apparel

Independent brands, vintage gear, festival wear, and local stockists.

  • Kids’ stuff

Toys, glow sticks, face painting, and family-friendly festival fun.

  • Charities & community

Local fundraising teams, awareness campaigns, and voluntary groups.

  • Something different

Unique services, interactive stalls, or brand-new ideas. Surprise us!

Space and prices

Pitch types & fees

Pitch spaces on the main field are strictly limited to keep quality high and guarantee strong footfall for every stall. Commercial pitch fees apply, and every application is reviewed to make sure we build a balanced, vibrant trade line-up.

The boring (important) bit

Requirements

To keep the weekend safe and running smoothly for thousands of families, all traders must bring a professional outdoor setup and hold:

  • Insurance

Valid Public Liability Insurance (PLI) to cover your setup and trading.

  • Safety certificates

Risk assessments, structural safety, and valid gas/electrical certificates where relevant.

  • Food hygiene rating

Food & drink stalls: valid rating and local authority registration required.
