Festivalgoers watch the AycLive stage from chairs and picnic blankets outdoors.

Everyone’s welcome

Accessfor all

We want AycLive to be a brilliant day out for everyone. Here’s what we’ve got planned, and how to tell us what you need.

Here to help

We want everyone to have an absolute blast at AycLive! If you have any specific access questions before booking or arriving, drop us a line at hello@ayclive.co.uk and our team will be delighted to help.

On the field

Getting around the site

AycLive takes place outdoors on the OakLeaf Sports Field, so the terrain is predominantly flat, open grass. While there are no stairs or steep hills to navigate, please keep in mind that the ground can be naturally uneven (and a bit bumpy or muddy if the British weather decides to play up!).

Our main festival entrances, viewing areas, and accessible facilities are designed to keep distances as manageable as possible, and our friendly steward team is always on hand if you ever need a point in the right direction or a helping hand across the field.

  • Grass terrain

Flat, open sports field. Ground can be uneven or soft underfoot depending on weather.

  • Accessible facilities

Dedicated Blue Badge parking near the gate, accessible toilets, and a calm chill-out zone on site for when you need a quiet breather.

When you’ve gotta go

Accessible toilets

We make sure accessible facilities are positioned right where you need them. Dedicated accessible toilets are located across the main festival field, near our main viewing areas, and next to medical/info points so you’re never far from a clean, convenient loo.

Best seat in the house

Viewing areas

We want to make sure everyone gets a cracking view of the big moments without worrying about the crowd squeeze. We have designated accessible viewing areas positioned with a clear, comfortable line of sight to the main stage, making sure you can soak up all the headliner action in comfort.

  • Main Stage access

A dedicated accessible viewing area is positioned right at the main stage for great sightlines and easy access.

  • Carer & Personal Assistant space

Your carer or essential companion is very welcome to join you in the viewing area so you can enjoy the music together.

  • No advance booking needed

Spaces are available on the day for attendees with accessibility needs—just chat with our friendly stewards at the viewing area.

  • Seating & space

Designed with extra space for wheelchair users and those who need a seat during long sets.

Confirmed

Blue Badge parking

Good news: we have dedicated on-site parking available for Blue Badge holders to keep your walk to the gates as short and easy as possible! Just bring your badge along and clearly display it in your vehicle window upon arrival.

We strongly recommend pre-booking your parking pass online before the weekend for the quickest scan and entry on the day.

  • On site

Dedicated Blue Badge parking is located right on site near the main festival entrance.

  • Pre-book

Pre-booking your pass online is highly recommended for the quickest entry.

Bring your sidekick

Carers & PAs

If you require a carer or Personal Assistant to attend AycLive with you, we want to make that process as smooth and simple as possible! We offer a free Essential Companion ticket so your support system can join you on the field without paying for an extra entry pass.

Simply purchase your own standard entry ticket first, then apply for your companion pass by getting in touch with our team with standard supporting documentation (such as PIP/DLA letters or a Blue Badge).

Got questions about eligible documentation or need to book your carer pass? Drop us a message using the contact form below or email us directly at hello@ayclive.co.uk and we’ll sort it right out for you!

Need a breather?

Quiet space & sensory

Festivals are loud, energetic, and brilliant—but we know it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming! That’s why we have a dedicated, calm chill-out zone set up away from the main speaker stacks where you can take five, decompress, and recharge your batteries whenever you need a quick break from the action.

Whether you need a quiet spot to regulate or just a moment away from the crowds, our friendly stewards and volunteers are stationed right nearby and will always be happy to point you in the right direction!

  • Calm space

A quiet, dedicated area set away from the main stages to sit, decompress, and take a breather.

  • Here to help

Our stewards and volunteers are always on hand to help guide you or lend a supportive hand.

Little ears

Ear defenders for kids

Live music is brilliant, but it can get properly loud right near the stage speakers! We strongly recommend bringing ear defenders or earplugs for babies, toddlers, and younger music fans to protect their little ears so they can enjoy the party safely all day long.

  • Bring your own

Please bring your little ones’ preferred ear defenders with you from home, as we don’t provide or loan them on site.

  • Take a breather

Need a break from the noise? Pop over to our calm chill-out zone or speak to staff at the Info Point for standard earplugs if available.

Good boys and girls

Assistance dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome on both days. Please keep them with you at all times.

Water points and a quieter spot for them are TBC. Other pets will need to stay at home.
