Before you book

Good to know

  • All ages, both days

    Under-16s need to be with an adult (18+). Under-fives go free.

  • Last new entry 9:00pm

    Re-enter anytime with a valid wristband. Keep your wristband on to pop out and back. Bag searches every time you return.

Your tickets are sent automatically to your email as soon as your booking is confirmed, complete with a button to add them straight to your Apple Wallet. If they haven’t landed in your inbox (or junk folder!), pop an email to hello@ayclive.co.uk and we’ll get you sorted.

Under-fives go completely free on both days! You will just need to add a complimentary little-ones ticket to your basket during checkout so we can keep track of numbers on site.

Not this time! Everyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) across both days of the festival.

All ticket sales are final, so we aren’t able to offer refunds or ticket transfers if your plans change. Make sure you’re good to go before booking, and if you have any questions, just drop us an email at hello@ayclive.co.uk!

Yes, parking is a separate paid service on site for both general guests and Blue Badge holders. We strongly recommend pre-purchasing your parking pass online ahead of time for the quickest scan and entry on the day!
