PARKING guidance
We’ve made parking simple so you can focus on the fun! Our friendly marshals will guide you to one of our two dedicated car parks, with separate areas available for both general and disabled parking. Disabled parking is free, you must display your blue badge, email hello@ayclive.co.uk to reserve a space. For general parking, the easiest and most stress-free experience, you can pre-book your space right here on our store. Alternatively, you can pay on entry on the day, but we highly recommend booking ahead to guarantee your spot.
Getting TO AYCLIVE By TraIn
The train is one of the easiest ways to get to Ayclive, and we’ve made the journey as simple as possible for you. Leave the car at home and get the party started the moment you leave the station.
- Newton Aycliffe station is located right on the Tees Valley Line, with direct connections to Darlington and Middlesbrough.
- It’s just a stress-free, two-minute walk from the station straight to our festival gates.
- We highly recommend booking your train tickets in advance to save money and get a better seat!
Access from the motorway
Southbound
- From the A1(M)/A167 turn right after the traffic lights after the Gretna Green Pub
- Follow the road around the right-hand curve and turn left onto Horndale Avenue
- At the mini roundabout take the first exit, onto School Aycliffe Lane
- The entrance road to the Oakleaf Sports Complex is 300M on the right
- Follow the road and you will reach the Sports Complex
Northbound
- From the A1(M)/A167, after Aycliffe Village, take the left lane before the traffic lights
- Follow the road around the right-hand curve and turn left onto Horndale Avenue
- At the mini roundabout take the first exit, onto School Aycliffe Lane
- The entrance road to the Oakleaf Sports Complex is 300M on the right
- Follow the road and you will reach the Sports Complex
