How do I get my tickets?
Tickets are available for purchase exclusively on our store. You will receive an e-ticket via email that you can either print or show on your phone at the gate. Get tickets.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
Tickets can be purchased on the day, but we highly recommend buying in advance through our website to save money and guarantee your entry. Get tickets.
What do I need to get in?
Please have your scannable e-ticket ready and a form of photo ID for proof of age (if attending on Friday). For everyone’s safety, please be prepared for a quick bag check upon entry. For more information, please see our Admission Info page.
What if my ticket doesn’t scan?

Are there any age restrictions?
Yes, our Friday night event is strictly for those aged 18 and over. Saturday, however, is a family-friendly day, and we welcome all ages to join in the fun! For more information about the weekend’s events and entertainment, please see our Family Info page.
Do children need a ticket on Saturday?
Children under 5 do not require a ticket for entry on Saturday. However, all other attendees, regardless of age, require a valid ticket. We can’t wait to welcome the whole family to the festival! Get tickets.
Is there a dedicated family area?
Yes! On Saturday, we have a dedicated family fun zone with a range of entertainment and activities to keep the kids entertained all day long.
Where is the festival located?

Is the venue accessible?

How do I get there?
We recommend using public transport, as we are just a two-minute walk from Newton Aycliffe train station. For full details on getting to the festival, please see our Travel Guidance page.
What facilities are available at the festival?
We have everything you need for a fantastic weekend! Our facilities include multiple food and drink vendors, well-maintained toilets, first aid points, and a dedicated team of staff and volunteers to help you.
Is the festival cashless?
Most of our vendors and bars will accept both cash and card payments. For the quickest service, we recommend bringing both, just in case.
Will there be a first aid tent?
Yes, there will be a dedicated first aid tent on site throughout the festival. Our team is fully equipped and trained to assist with any medical needs.
Where can I find accommodation nearby?

Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes, you can! You are welcome to bring your own food in a cool box, and sealed non-alcoholic beverages are also permitted. We do have a fantastic variety of local food and drink vendors, so we encourage you to support them. Empty reusable water bottles are also welcome.
What kind of food will be available?
We pride ourselves on offering a wide range of delicious food options from local vendors, including burgers, pizzas, snacks, sweet treats and more to satisfy everyone’s taste buds.
What are the opening times?
Gates open at 5:00 PM on Friday and 11:00 AM on Saturday. The festival closes at 11:00 PM on both nights. Last entry is 10 PM.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have two dedicated car parks on site, with spaces for both general and disabled parking. We highly recommend pre-booking your space on our website to guarantee your spot. For more information, please see our Travel Guidance page.
What if it rains?
The festival will go on, rain or shine! Ayclive is an outdoor event, so we encourage you to check the weather forecast and dress appropriately.
