Admission Information
We can’t wait to see you at Ayclive! To help you prepare for the best weekend of the summer, we’ve compiled everything you need to know about getting your tickets and getting through the gate. Take a look below to find all the essential info for a stress-free weekend of pure fun.

Entry Guidelines
Have your ticket ready! Whether it’s on your phone or a printout, please have your scannable ticket ready to go to make entry as fast as possible.
Arrive early to get the best spot! We expect a lot of people to arrive at opening time, so come down early, beat the queues, and grab a great spot on the field to start your weekend.
Be prepared for security. For everyone’s safety, all festival-goers and their bags will be subject to a security check upon entry. Please have your bags ready and be polite to our security team—they’re there to keep everyone safe.
Check the age restrictions. If you are attending the Friday night event, please have a valid form of ID with you, as it is strictly an over-18s event.
Know what you can bring. Please check our ‘What Can I Bring‘ guide below before you arrive so you know which items are not permitted on site.
Accessibility. If you require accessible entry, please make yourself known to a marshal upon arrival, and they will direct you to the correct gate.
What Can I Bring?
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes, you can! We want to make sure you have everything you need for a great day. You are welcome to bring your own food in a cool box, and sealed non-alcoholic beverages are also permitted. While you can bring your own, we do have a fantastic variety of local food and drink vendors on-site, so we encourage you to try some of their delicious offerings and support the community. Empty reusable water bottles are also welcome, and we’ll have plenty of places for you to fill them up.
Can I bring a chair or blanket?
Yes, absolutely! As we’re located on a big, flat open field, we encourage you to bring your own blanket or a foldable camping chair so you can get comfortable and relax on the grass between acts.
Are children and pushchairs welcome?
On Saturday, yes! Ayclive is a family-friendly event on Saturday, and we can’t wait to welcome you and your little ones. Our venue is flat and fully accessible, making it easy to bring pushchairs or wheelchairs around the site.
Can I bring a bag?
Yes, you can bring a small bag, but for everyone’s safety, all bags will be subject to a search upon entry. To help us get everyone in quickly, please only bring what you need for the day.
Are dogs or other pets allowed?
Of course! We want you to capture all the amazing moments. Small personal cameras and phone cameras are welcome. However, professional camera equipment (with detachable lenses) is not permitted without a media pass.
